I can’t find a lot of information about this exact model, but it seems to be 1997?
On the bottom it is stamped XIII
If you look closely there is one scratch to the left of the logo. It goes through the sea in the word cigar but did not scratch through the enamel. It’s relatively light, but check the picture to judge for yourself.
